Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?
We get this question all the time! The annual cost of a FT Full-Stack Junior Developer is around $75,000, plus benefits (and good luck training them and getting them up to speed!). That’s roughly $6,250/m in salaries, whereas at WebMachine you’d get a dedicated project manager & a full-stack senior dev at the fraction of the cost. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying us when you have work available.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
When you have successfully subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my work requests?
It really depends on what service you are requesting & the level of complexity. Ex 1: A simple 5-6 wordpress website would take on avg. 2-3 days. Ex 2: 4 completely designed landing pages in Figma would take on avg. 3-4 days.
Who are the developers & designers?
WebMachine developers & designers are full time employees that have been selected over 10+ years of development work. We’ve hand crafted the perfect team that’s affordable, detail oriented and always produces the best work.
How does the pause feature work?
Some clients may not have enough work to fill up the entire month so this is where the “Pause” feature comes into play allowing you to pause your subscription until you get more work for us. Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you pause your subscription on day 10, this means you have 21 days left to use in the future.
What programs do you design & develop in?
For design, most of our work is completed using Figma. For development, it is purely up to your preferences.
How do I request your services?
We offer a lot of flexibility in how you request services using WebMachine (Trello). Some examples: 1. Directly via Trello 2. Sharing Google Docs 3. Wireframes 4. Or even recording a video!
What if I don't like the work?
Not a problem! We will continue to revise your work until you are 100% satisfied.
What if I only have a single request?
You can pause the remainder of your subscription and come back to it when you have work. Nothing goes to waste!
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Due to the level of complexity and quality of our work, there will be no refunds issued.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! We offer all our referral partners 5% recurring commissions for each referral (not too bad!).
